TMR bought shares in Tatry mountain resorts services
The company Tatry mountain resorts (TMR) bought all shares in Tatry mountain resorts services (TMRS). The new owner bought them from J&T Global Services Limited with a nominal value of EUR 3,320 while the parties agreed on the purchase price per share of EUR 36,513. "The reasons which motivated us to buy TMRS were mainly saving costs of services, which we would have to outsource. At the same time it will allow us more flexibility and autonomy in their management,“ notes Bohuš Hlavatý, chairman of the board of directors at TMR. TMR owns and operates the ski resorts Jasná Nízke Tatry (Jasná Low Tatras) a Vysoké Tatry (High Tatras) as well as several hotels in this location. TMRS operates service such as business, marketing, accounting, financial consulting, human resources and project and development activities.
