REFLECTA Development to build villas in Chuchle

The company FINEP sold land in the Na Hvězdárně location in Prague´s Velká Chuchle last year. REFLECTA Development now intend to build villas on these plots, a total of 25 in four stages. They will include semi-detached villas as well as three types of family houses. A part of the project will also be a commercial building which will offer basic services. The construction is planned to start this year.
