A new logistics and manufacturing park to be built near Lozorno
A new manufacturing and logistics park with 300 new jobs will be built near Lozorno. The company Holding Company plans to invest about EUR 20 million. The park will cover an area of 123 thousand m2 should consist of 3 to 5 storage and production halls where food, textile and electronics goods will be stored. There will also be light production and assembly hall for the automotive, electrical and mechanical engineering industries. The total built-up area of indoor space will be more than 50 thousand sqm, of it 20 thousand sqm will be reserved for storage space, and 25 thousand sqm for light production. The investor wants to start construction of its first phase 1st quarter of 2011. The last third stage should be completed in the third quarter of 2013.
