PSJ: another Russian project
From July this year, PSJ is building a commercial complex costing EUR 10.5 million for investment company EKO PROM LIPECK, in the Russian city of Tambov (with nearly 300,000 inhabitants) located nearly 500 kilometres from Moscow. The project is funded by Unicredit Bank in collaboration with EGAP (Export Guarantee and Insurance Corporation). PSJ is currently building in three other Russian cities. Realization of a commercial and leisure centre M5 Mall in Ryazan is coming to an end. The largest contract in twenty-one year history of PSJ is under way in Petrozavodsk – a new plant for production of OSB boards costing EUR 151 million; its investor is OOO DOK Kalevala. And finally, construction of residential complex Megapolis started in Kazan in July.
