The biggest flat building in history starts to build-up at Liptovské Revúce this year, Ján Borovský, the major of the village, confirmed. „This is the most important investment action this year. We will build-up 19 housing units in the elementary school area at Stredná Revúca. Expenditures for the building are 1.095 mills €. We have gained the money from the State Fund of Development and Housing,“ Borovský told. The building finish is assumed in two years. 17 applicants already showed preliminary interest in flats at the village itself.
The interest about new housing from wide surrounding is also solved by preparation of a land for family houses building in the village. In Rakytov locality will grow 16 new houses apparently. „We bought out lands there under the approach road, “he specified steps focused on preparation of the land for building. Presently there stays co-operative and school flat housings at L. Revúca, where are 6 flats.
