They want to build-up 202 new family houses at Slovenský Grob
202 new family houses will maybe grow-up at the village Slovenský Grob. The project Manor plans to realize the physical person in the Pezinok district by 3.3 mills Euro. As results from the investment program, which the company has submitted for the appraisal of impacts to the environment, the investor wants to start-up building the family houses in the middle of this year, whereas its finish is planned two years later. The family houses ought to be spread on the area of 177 thousand m2. The investor plans to build-up 160 freely staying houses and 42 in the line build-up area. The buildings ought to be one-storeyed to two-storeyed with residential garrets. The investor wants to build-up spaces for civil facilities and flat houses in the locality in the frame of the second phase of the Minor project.
