The building-up of traffic circles complicates transport at Trnava
The building-up of two traffic circles and enlarging Nitrianska cesta will complicate transport at Trnava in next months. Restrictions are waiting for motorists, what will be the tax for particular solution of long-term traffic problems. The building-up of the double-lane traffic circle connecting Trstínska, Cukrová and Ružindolská Streets will require about 2.3 millions Euro and it is planned to be finalized till the end of August. The investor – Trnava town– considers it be one of priority investments this year.
Other transport restrictions will be connected with enlarging the 1st class road and – connection of Trnava to the D1 motorway in the Nitra-Trnava-Senica direction and with the building-up of the traffic circle of the Nitrianska, Tamaškovičova and Sladovnícka Streets. The entire cost for the reconstruction of 600 m long stage of the road ought to achieve 3.51 millions Euro. The investor SSC intends to finish works in November 2010.
