Three firms will repair roadways at price of 6 millions Euro in Košice
Inžinierske stavby, a.s. Košice, Skanska BS a.s. Prievidza and Eurovia – Cesty, a.s. Košice will carry out repairs and maintenance of ground roadways at total price of 6.03 mills €, VAT excluded. They will carry out building works based on the public tender divided into three parts, whereas in two of them three offers were accepted and in one of them two offers. Particular agreements with contractors were closed on December 31, 2008. Eurovia – Cesty will carry out works at price of 2.73 mills €, Inžinierske stavby of 2.15 mills € and Skanska BS of 1.15 mills €.
Inžinierske stavby Košice Company was established under the title Trať družby in year 1951, it was transformed to joint-stock company on May 01, 1992. It keeps capital of 15.37 mills €. The Company activity object is complete supplying construction objects and works in the area of engineering, industrial and ground structures and water structures. Eurovia – Cesty, a.s. Company has been incorporated into the Trade Register (TR) since May 1992, the capital is 14.2 mills €. It is a member of France building group Vinci. The owner of the firm majority is France Company S.A. Spoločnosť Skanska BS, a.s. , it has been registered in TR of Slovak republic since August 1994; till the end of year 2005 it carried the title Banské stavby, a.s. It disposes of the capital of 1.66 mills €.
