Žilina: In autumn the reconstruction of roads and pavements would start

Members of the municipal council have approved the project of revitalizing the roads at Žilina within which roads and walkways would be reconstructed. The tender for the works won the Doprastav Company; they would be carried out till the end of 2010. It should be spent maximally 10 million Euro for this purpose. Financing during the construction works will ensure the successful competitor from its own resources or from a bank loan, while the city will be repaying the investment in regular annual instalments over 15 years. „I believe that the roads reconstruction can start in the autumn,“ said the mayor of Žilina Ivan Harman.
