36 flats of lower standard are to be build-up at Ružomberok at price almost 590 thousand Euro. The local authority deputies have decided about it. „Plenty of applications on cheaper flats accrued at the council house. We were looking for the way to fulfil those applications. We have found solutions in the form of application on subsidy to MVRR SR. The subsidy ought to cover 80% of valid costs. The rest of money will go from the useful credit from ŠFRB, Vladimír Lajčiak, the vice-major of Ružomberok, explained.
Four residential houses involving flats of lower standard ought to grow at the town district Rybárpole. „The land for the building is owned by MH SR currently. It was decided, that the land ought to be transferred to the ownership of the town for symbolic value, while discussing with the Department, inasmuch that there will be realized the public-useful construction, “Lajčiak supplemented. The beginning of the building-up is expected after legal matters are fulfilled in June this year in the vice-major view. He assumed its time for one year.
