Territorial proceedings of Ružomberok Aupark were stopped by the objection of the businessman

Territorial proceedings of Ružomberok Aupark project is suspended because the local businessman wants to expropriate the investor land on which the transformer station should stand. „The businessman claims that the land on which the transformer station will be obstructs his access to its premises in the city centre, therefore, he wants to expropriate us. He has the possibility to access his premises from the other side, "said Roman Karabelli from HB Reavis Slovakia. "If the building authority will issue the planning permission authorizing the construction, we are ready to start the implementation of Aupark,“ he added. He assumes that the construction of the shopping and entertainment centre involving the area of 11 thousand m2 will start in the spring of 2010 and they are able to carry out it within a year and half from the first excavation at the price of 33 million €.
