The preparation of project works is performing momentarily. Intensity of the project preparation will depend on the access of financial institutions, when they again start lending money,“informed Lucie Husníková, the PR manager of the Multi Development Company, which is preparing the project for the planning permission. The investor plans to demolish the object of former shopping centre Prior in the downtown in contrast to the original design. The reason is better commercial concept and making the architectonic solution easier. The company wants to obtain the building permission on the edge of years. „We are not able to guarantee the beginning of building works, it depends on banks goodwill to lend money,“ Husníková informed.
