Poprad: the Horse multifunctional centre will be ready till autumn 2010
On Monday works on the building-up of the Horse multifunctional centre will fully start at Poprad. The temporary deceleration of the building works related only to technological reasons according to Slavomír Fábry, the BZ Group investor deputy. „The financial and economic crisis has no influence on the project continuation till now, “he informed. The term of the all object finalization also remains original, in autumn 2010. The Horse project at the „Stará píla“ (the Old Saw) locality in the greater centre of Poprad consists of shopping and office spaces, flats, a 4-star hotel and parking places. The highest building in the tow is to be the counterpart of it. About 80 apartment flats will be situated in the 19-storied object. The shopping centre will offer about 19 000 m2 of shopping spaces on 2 stories. Above 10 000 m2 will be available in the administrative part. 1200 parking places will stay in the underground and in the parking house. Cost for the centre building-up is almost 100 millions Euro.
