Novosedlík shall build a tenement house with 43 flats in Zvolen

The limited company Novosedlík, spol. s r.o., Nitra, shall build a common standard tenement house with 43 flats for € 2.167 mil. including VAT in Rákoš locality in Zvolen. The company received this commission on the basis of the public tender with three received bids where the major criterion was the lowest price. The house will be built in one year. The contract for development of the tenement house was made on 13 February 2009. This investment shall be funded from the subsidy of the Ministry for Building and Regional Development, loan of the National Habitation Development Fund and own resources of the City of Zvolen.
