Private investors will build-up rental flats at Prešov
Two private companies will be the investor and builder of new residential flats at Prešov town, from which the town will buy approximately 90 completed flats. Town deputies decided about it at yesterday proceeding. Prešov will undertake itself by the agreement on the future buying contract, that it will buy agreed number of flats from the investor; the condition is, that it will obtain credit sources from the State Fund of Development and Housing and non-recurring contribution from the Department of Building. If the town will not obtain backings from state sources, flats will remain in the ownership of investors. The construction will be built-up in the Sídlisko III on municipal grounds. One firm is going to build-up the flat house in Bajkalská Street; another one is going to build-up the flat house in Mukačevská Street. If higher interest will be in the municipal residential flats, the town has prepared other localities at the beginning of Solivar, in the Old Town in Tarasa Ševčenka Street and in the Sekšov housing development after getting over problems with grounds.
