The investor offers the new apartment with a car as a gift
The housing market and the real estate market at Prešov stagnate. According to Archeus reality centre estate agency the number of sales fell since the beginning of the year; some prices also went down. While owners of older flats are willing to forgive 10 percent or more of the original amount, companies that invested in the construction of new flats are trying to maintain the price. They lure clients to various bonuses. They offer cost-free kitchen units with flats having no facilities or various adjustments in the flat eventually. They are trying to decoy buyers for the permanent place to park. Hobby Company gone farthest with bonuses; it offers a new car together with each apartment in its new structure in the Sekčov housing development. Price of one-roomed apartment costs about 50 780, 66 000 of two-roomed one and three-roomed apartment is for almost 80 000 € here. The exclusive gift in the form of a new car did not increase number of sold apartments till now, even if the offer raised the interest and the number of sightings has increased substantially.
