The industrial park ought to arise at Ružomberok
The local self-administration wants to revitalize the area of the Slovak Bus Service (SAD) at Ružomberok to the industrial park at the price of 10 mills € from the state budget. „The municipal council will purchase parcels and buildings in the area of SAD by the current price of 4.3 mills € after the approval of non-recurring financial backing. The town will ensure its reconstruction by 5.7 mills € consequently. The area will be re-built from finances of the Slovak Agency for Development and Trade, “Pavol Fischerm, the MZ deputy, detailed.
Participation of the municipal council in the project will be 5% of valid costs. Further 100-tisíc € minimally for the project preparation will give the town. „The area will be new, attractive, it will product job positions. Free spaces on which the town can realize its activities will remain to the town. Money from rentals will go to the municipal treasury and moreover the environment will improve. If we are successful with the project, we will start the building-up at the beginning of next year“ told Juraj Lichner from the company, which will design the project.
