The Danubia Park at Čunovo would start building by the end of this year
Danubia Invest Company will start building the centre for international sport, tourism and tourist trade, the Park Danubia in Bratislava Čunovo, which will serve tourists, inhabitants of the region and top athletes, by the end of this year. It confirmed the company's project manager Katarína Bednárová. The area at the price of 289 mills € should be spread on the area of 220 ha. „The Company on the basis of the approved planning scheme of the zone has applied the first application for the planning permission on an infrastructure construction,“ said Bednárová. The construction will be divided into 3 phases. During the 1st phase landscape treatments are made and a technical infrastructure built-up, in the 2nd and 3rd phase individual objects of the complex are constructed. The entire construction completion was originally estimated for year 2014. „Given the current market situation, we cannot completely eliminate the postponement of the construction completion,“ said Bednárová. Danubia Company Invest has been co-operating in the project with the city district Čunovo since year 2005.
