They want to build the multifunctional object by 16 mills Euro at Humenné
The new multifunctional object should grow at the heart of the pedestrian zone at Humenné. Bratislava company MOF a.s. plans to invest nearly 16 mills Euro to its construction, with which to begin this year. Completion is scheduled for the two year later. The ten-storied multifunctional object will give to potential persons interested rentable commercial and administrative premises. The multifunctional area itself should be located on nearly 4 700 square meters. The build-up area should represent 4 thousand square meters. For the commercial purposes will create nearly 4500 thousand square meters and for the administrative purposes above 1100 square meters in the multifunctional object. As a part of the multi-complex should be a four-star hotel with a capacity of 90 beds.
