Bratislava Palisády (Palisades) with new water mains and sewerage systems

In the gainful part of Bratislava – Palisády – there were reconstructed water mains and sewerage systems for approximately 310.8 thousand €. Nearly 300 meters of water mains and 220 m of sewerage systems have been replaced. As informed Magdaléna Dobišová, the head of external relations of the group Skanska in the Slovak Republic, the reason for the reconstruction was wear and frequent pipe failures, which were caused by their poor technical conditions. Works lasted about 9 months; the investor was Bratislavská vodárenská spoločnosť (Bratislava Water Company). Dobišová added that all water connections to the water meter have been reconstructed. During the reconstruction water supply to Palisády residents was not limited.
