A complex worth EUR 15 million will be built in Bratislava district Vrakuňa

The RS Group company plans to build commercial and storage complex in Bratislava city district Vrakuňa, worth approximately EUR 15 million that should bring about 100 jobs. Investor would like to start with construction works this year already and estimates that the complex should be finished in 2011. At the area exceeding 20-thousand m2 it plans to build 7 separate commercial and storage areas comprising of two or three storey buildings. The complex would provide storage premises with surface area of 3.3 thousand m2, 2.6 thousand m2 for administration and more than 1.8 thousand m2 for commercial purposes. There should be 111 parking stands erected in the complex.
