The commercial complex is to be built-up at the price of 16 mills Euro at Poprad

Treinvest Company plans to build a new commercial complex at the price of about 16 mills Éuro in a western part of Poprad. It would create 130 new jobs. The commercial complex would be spread on the area of 46.5 thousand m2 and provide more than 18 thousand m2 of utility space. It will serve for the sale of certain types of non-food consumer goods and for fast food service shops. The investor wants to start construction already this year; its completion is planned for October 2011. A part of the complex will be the commercial centre Azor, which will focus on the sale of household appliances, audio-video technology and furniture and floor coverings.
