New residential quarter in Záhorská Bystrica
A new, 310-thousand m2 residential quarter called Pod vŕškami will be established in Záhorská Bystrica near Bratislava serving to 3 thousand inhabitants. Apart from the land earmarked for individual family houses there will be 24 turnkey family houses and dozens of residential houses too. “We would like to create really clean and secure environment,” said the chief SL Group manager Danny Bercovich. Presently in progress is construction of the key communications and buried services. The first construction phase of the project comprising 400 flats should last approximately two years. The whole project worth 265.6 mil € should be ready in 2014. Its developers are Israeli companies SL Group, Delek and BSG (Scorpio) in partnership with Slovak Opera. Within the project they are acting under the common name of Opera SL Group.
