101 new family houses should grow in Jarovce
101 new family houses should grow in Bratislava borough Jarovce. The joint-stock company Venet, a.s. plans to build them for more than 2.6 mil. Euros. The investment plan, which the company submitted for the environmental impact assessment (EIA), shows that the investor wants to start with and to complete development of family houses in the middle and at the end of this year, respectively. Family houses should occupy nearly 82 thousands of square meters. The investor plans to build three types of family houses. The average built-up area of one family house should be 130m². The average area of a plot for one family house should be 620m². Family houses, which should be connected, according to the plan, to all utilities, will be single or double storeyed. Each family house should have two parking places.
