A new multifunctional complex to be built in Trebišov

A new multifunctional complex will probably grow in Trebišov. The company SPV TV is planning to build it for approximately 17 million EUR. The first stage should start in April 2010, completion of the final stage is scheduled for autumn 2012. The complex should take up the area of nearly 29.000 square metres in the town district Sídlisko Stred. The investor wants to build premises for the Kaufland shopping centre in the first stage. The second stage will bring building of retail units of more than 3.000 square metres of retail space. During the final third stage will be built 3 multifunctional blocks of flats, with 24 new flats and commercial space of nearly 400 m2.
