Skanska builds again in the Prague Prosek

Only four months after starting sale of the Apartment building Kytlická, a project will be implemented which extends the offer on the market with another 237 new apartments. Construction of the building is just beginning, its completion is planned in the first half of 2011. People interested in housing in Kytlická project can chose from dispositions 1+kk (kitchen corner) to 4+kk, the prices start with 36 600 crowns including VAT per one square meter. Customer will receive to the new apartment a bonus of 100 thousand crowns. It is not the first project of Skanska in the Prague Prosek. In the period 2002 to 2005, it constructed there almost 900 apartments in the project Nový Prosek (New Prosek) I and II.
