Hochtief wants to build 334 flats in Prague

Four apartment houses with 334 flats will grow on an area of 30,000 square metres, between the recently finished administrative building Kavčí Hory Office Park and the Central Park in Pankrác. The complex of apartment houses was designed by the architectural studio Aulík Fišer Architekti. Kavčí Hory Residential Park will offer mostly flats with the configuration of 2 rooms + kitchenette, with an area of about 60 square metres, and 3 rooms + kitchenette, with an area of 90 and 100 square metres, to people interested in comfortable living. Project implementation will be divided into two stages. Each construction stage will last about 18 – 20 months. The investor is Tortorex, a subsidiary of HOCHTIEF Projektentwicklung and HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic.
