SGRE completed the Rezidence Rozhledna project

A new 15-storied house was built by one of the top Czech real estate companies Sekyra Group Real Estate in Prague 4, at the Budějovické Square, for over CZK 330 million. Rezidence Rozhledna rises to a height of just under 50 metres and offers 103 flats, with sizes from 2 rooms + kitchenette to 3 rooms + kitchenette, and 12 studios. At present, the two last flats are yet to be sold. The investor has announced a special discount on them, which reduce the original price by more than 20%. Those interested can therefore buy the cheapest flat for only CZK 3,200,000 now. The project work was initiated when the original Armabeton’s building was demolished in fall 2006. The architectural design of the project, which is a new landmark in the location, was created by the studio OMICRON-K of architect Martin Kotík.
