Hochtief Development: offices in Letňany
Hochtief Development wants to build six office buildings with a total area of 68,000 square metres in Letňany, near the Metro station. Construction activities are scheduled for commencement in the 2nd quarter of 2010 and all stages should be finished in the 2nd quarter of 2014. The office centre Administrativní Centrum Letňany has already a valid zoning decision. All of the project’s key parameters have been defined and can be therefore specifically presented to the future tenants. The total concept of the complex allows to connect or divide the individual units and buildings for rent variably, which would bring maximum flexibility to the future users. The recent projects of HOCHTIEF Development successfully finished in the Czech Republic include the Trianon administration building with an area of 19,540 square metres.
