Fashion Arena: second phase of construction completed
Operation of the second phase of the outlet shopping centre Fashion Arena was commenced yesterday. 37 new shops located on the area of approx. 7.200 sqm will complement the 79 first phase existing shops. Thus, Fashion Arena Outlet Center will now offer a total of 116 retail units. The centre was opened in November 2007. It attracts Prague residents and visitors by everyday discounts of at least 30–70%. Owner of Fashion Arena Outlet is the company Euro Mall Štěrboholy, its developers are TK Development and LMS Outlets and main contractor of the entire project is GEMO Olomouc. Total investments reached CZK 1,6 bill.
“Next year we want to focus on a larger catchment area, we want customers from more distant areas of the Czech Republic to benefit from the centre´s offer. We also want to attract more tourists who can combine their visit to the capital with shopping with us,“ said Thomas H. Villadsen, CEO of TK Development.
