Bratislava: Intention to open River Park before summer holidays
The property developer J&T plans to open the multi-functional complex River Park with a public promenade, located on the left bank of the Danube river in Bratislava, before the summer holidays.
“Construction will be completed gradually over the 2nd quarter of 2010. The shift in the final date is considered adequate for the changes made during the execution of the project,“ said Pavel Pelikán, CEO of the company J&T Real Estate. The complex includes 203 luxury flats and suites, 5-star Kempinski Hotel River Park, restaurants and shops. According to Mr Pelikán, more than 75 % of the flats already have their owners and 80 % of office space and retail outlets have their tenants. The total costs are estimated over EUR 230 mill., the vast majority has already been invested.
