Best Hotel Properties, a.s. bought Kempinski Hotel River Park from the company Bratislavské nábrežie, s.r.o. The investment is EUR 59.7 million excl. VAT. The company BHP informed about this on their website. BHP also concluded a sales contract for the movables forming hotel furniture and other things related to its operation for EUR 6.8 million excl. VAT and a sales contract for movables – operational stock at buying prices by inventory. “By purchasing Kempinski Hotel River Park, Best Hotel Properties has fulfilled its acquisition strategy which in this case is purchasing an architecturally unique hotel with exclusive position on the bank of the river Danube,“ said Branislav Babík, head of board of directors at BHP.
