Hypo Real bought another property in Prague

Hypo Real Invest AG bought 90 % of the company Anděl City, owner of the office project Anděl City. The investor bought the property for approx. EUR 17,5 mill. from AC Offices Klicperova which is owned by companies from UBM group. This is the second acquisition of Hypo Real Invest AG in the Czech Republic, the first was Vyšehrad Victoria in Prague 4 acquired in March this year. The office building Anděl City offers approximately 6 750 square metres of lettable area.
