Skanska Property selling Vyšehrad Victoria building

The company Skanska Property CR has decided to sell the Vyšehrad Victoria building in Prague to the real estate fund HRI Immobilienfonds Nr. 1 owned by the Austrian company Hypo Real Invest AG. The entire transaction value was EUR 13,5 mill. Hypo Real Invest AG has made its very first acquisition in the Czech Republic through this investment. The building is located in Prague’s fourth district and it was completed in the year 2008. Vyšehrad Victoria offers more than 5 000 m2 of office space and companies such as OMV, Czech Credit Bureau and W.A.G. are among the tenants.
