Bouwfonds finalizing Dolina project in Jihlava

The last stage of the large residential project Dolina realized by Bouwfonds in Jihlava has been launched. Within the project 4 apartment building with 80 flats and approximately 60 terraced family houses will be built. After its completion the new residential area with nearly 900 residential units will be completed. Dolina project on the western edge of Jihlava was the first project of Bouwfonds in the Czech Republic. The entire large project was divided into several stages which have until today brought nearly 700 new residential units. The local company STARKON Jihlava CZ was chosen as the general contractor for the current construction of the family houses and for family houses Pozemní stavby Jihlava. Architects from Ateliér (Studio) KO&SA are signed under the design of the entire project.

The company Bouwfonds ČR bytová výstavby (Bouwfonds CR flat construction) is the subsidiary of the largest Dutch property development company Bouwfonds Property Development, they build around 10 000 residences around the world yearly. The company started to operate in the Czech Republic in 1995. Residential complexes in Beroun, Brno, Havlíčkův Brod, Hlinsko, Dačice and Kutná Hora are among their completed projects. As well as mainly the large construction of apartment buildings and detached and terraced family houses in Jihlava within the Dolina project.

Bouwfonds operates in Central Europe apart from the Czech Republic also in Hungary and in Slovakia.
