Bouwfonds starting residential project Biografy

The first house of the residential complex Biografy by the property developer Bouwfonds is under construction on the outskirts Prague´s Barrandov. 50 % of flat units were sold before the start of construction of the house Adina and the sales now reached 63 % of the 19 flats. The house has 6 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor, it offers flats with layouts ranging from studios to 3-bedroom flats with areas of 67 m2 to 145 m2 . The total investment amounts to approx. CZK 80 mill.
