FINEP to auction 10 new flats
FINEP will participate, among others, in Prague´s second residential auction. This time they will offer flats approved for use with 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom (with cooking areas) layouts which are part of the Britská Čtvrť, Malý Háj and Nová Harfa III projects. The starting bid of the flats begins at CZK 2 050 000 which is lower by CZK 1,4 to 2,3 mill. compared to listed prices. All flats have a high quality of construction and attractive surroundings with full amenities.
The auction will be held on Thursday, 27th May and it is organized by the real estate agency Professionals and auction and real estate agency GAVLAS. “The auction is an attractive alternative sales method for us. As we are planning to start sales and construction of new projects this year, our aim is to exploit all possibilites to sell flats in completed flats and subsequently focus on the new offering,“ says Petra Kopecká, spokesperson for FINEP.
