Another auction of residential buildings
The real estate agency Professionals and the auctioneer Gavlas are planning another auction of residential buildings, to be held on 27th May, according to the daily newspaper E15. Approximately 30 properties in the mid-price segment will be auctioned. The organizers have not disclosed yet who will be offering the flats and houses. Unlike in the December auction, where all residences except one were auctioned off but the sellers later refused to sell them, the successful bidder will be informed immediately after the auction ends whether the seller will be willing to accept the price. The starting bids will be at a higher price level, they will be around 60 % instead of the previous 40 %. FINEP was the only large company participating in the December auction.
