Bratislava: Three more towers to be built in Ružinov

Nearly 600 flats in three newly built high-rise buildings will be built in Bratislava´s Ružinov. As TRENDreality.sk portal wrote, the three-tower project is brought by the company Benuga Slovakia, s.r.o. backed by Dutch and Luxembourg funds. The project is in early stages of preparation, the environmental impacts assessment. Three 32-storey high-rise buildings are expected to be built, they will dominate the location. According to the project architect, Miloš Hartl from HFD Architects, the investor wants to start building in spring next year. Documents submitted to state authorities show this.

The project, the floor space of which should reach nearly 70 thousand square metres will grow in three stages, house after house. Each of the stages will require approximately two years, the entire complex will be completed in several years, under optimal conditions. The height of the buildings will reach maximum of 104 metres. The towers should contain various types of flats from the third floor. They will include 180 studios, 246 1-bedroom and 156 2-bedroom flats. Spacious duplexes are expected to be built on the higher floors. The areas of the most common type of flat range from 46 to 86 square metres. The three high buildings will be connected to the double-storey underground parking with the expected capacity of 700 spaces. A small single-storey building of shops and services with the roof used as sports area should be built in the centre of the buildings.
