Bratislava: Cenpex will build flats and houses

The new residential complex will grow near Bratislava. Cenpex Company, in which partners are two Spanish companies, plans to build 149 new flats and 28 family houses for about 400 residents in the Bratislava municipal district Jarovce 1 at the price of 20 million Euro. The investor intends to begin the residential complex construction in March next years, whereas completion of the construction is scheduled for September 2011. Cenpex Company was established in 2007. The partners are companies Iberus Corporacion Financiera SL and Ecuaragon Investment Sociedad Limitada located in the Spanish Zaragoza.
