Sekyra Group selling project in Malešice

Sekyra Group is selling construction land in Prague´s suburb of Malešice to the company Sidi Prague. The seller explains the transaction by wanting to focus on large development projects in Prague´s outer centre. The land in Počernická street in Prague´s Malešice was bought in October 2007 from the city district by the company České nemovitosti – a member of Sekyra Group Real Estate. This company also secured all necessary permits for construction. The new owner wants to start construction of the first of the two stages of the multi-purpose complex Byty Malešice immediately after the transaction has been settled. Both companies have decided not to disclose the transaction value.
