Industrial complex worth 39.5 million to be built in Hrádok

Approximately 1,000 new jobs will be created in Hrádok in the Nové Mesto nad Váhom district. Bratislava company Villian Invest s.r.o. is planning their creation. The company wants to build an industrial complex on the area of 192,597 sqm costing EUR 39.5 million. The investment plan submitted for environmental impact assessment (EIA) shows that the construction should start already in June this year and its completion is scheduled two years later.

The investor plans to build 7 production and assembly halls, storage and administrative premises. There will be light engineering and electrical manufacturing together with logistics activity. 450 parking spaces, 10 designated for trucks, will be built there. A new road network which will serve as bypass of the town of Hrádok will also be built. The estimated transit is 880 vehicles per day, including 82 trucks.
