Tatra Residence wants to build a multi-purpose complex
A multi-purpose complex Tatra Residence will be built by a company with the same name on a greenfield in Bratislava‘s suburb of Nové město. As the investment project specifies, the dominant project function will be a shopping and administration centre as well as residential. The complex in the location of Podhorský pás costing EUR 20 mill. will be started in October 2011, it is scheduled to be completed in October 2016. In the first stage, the Service Centre Tatra Billing will be built, the residential part will follow in the second phase and after that, the shopping centre. It will have 8 aboveground and 2 underground floors. The complex will cover an area of 27,333 m2. The company Tatra Residence was founded in order to implement investment activities of the Tatra banka group in the area of administration and commercial centres and flats development.
