Bratislava: Čulenova project has local architect
Investment group Penta Investments has completed selection of a local architect for construction of the multi-purpose development project Čulenova in Bratislava which will serve mainly for administration and housing. The local partner of the British studio Zaha Hadid Architects – winner of international architectural competition – will be Cigler Marani Architects. Construction of the first stage should start in Q1 2012, the project will cost EUR 267 million. Penta Investments is planning to complete its construction in 2018. The investor will also renovate the historical monument of Jurkovičova heating plant. In the future there may be a modern art gallery, or it will be used for other commercial purposes.
