UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and other UniCredit group companies will start to relocate into the new administrative building Filadelfie at BB Centrum in Prague 4 this autumn. “I am grateful to God for another completed large transaction. Already seven years ago, we started negotiations with former HVB BANK on relocating to BB Centrum. I am glad that their merger with UniCredit bank, we managed to finalize the transaction. I believe that Filadelfie building will create quality and pleasant working environment for such an important financial group like UniCredit Bank,“ says Radim Passer, chairman of the board at Passerinvest Group.

UniCredit will have 14 floors of the total 17, ie. approximately 26,700 sqm of leasable area; 1,500 employees will work there. The ground floor will be used to create a UniCredit Bank new branch, offering services primarily to retail clients. Consultancy DTZ and law firm Clifford Chance were significantly involved in the transaction. The group will only keep the property in the centre of Prague at Náměstí republiky, where services for retail, corporate and private banking will be available, in addition to a branch.
