Deteriorating former barrack under Zobor at Nitra ought to revive this year else. The barrack under Zobor is an important archaeology locality and listed building. This year archaeologists would like to present to public the first part of the open-air-museum, which includes the Great Moravian church from the 9th century. The Archaeology Institution has gained 11 buildings in the 21-hectare area, the town remaining 34 buildings.
Among others there are storages, garages, six administrative buildings, lodging house, gym and skittles-alley in site. The value of the real estates determined by the expert’s statement is 3 289 517.36 Euro. The project Vínna cesta (Wine Way) ought to be realized in the building of a bunker and former treatment block, which covers the museum of wine, collection of wines or degustation rooms. The town would like to remove its archive to other spaces, which is at Dolné Krškany a Kynet now.
The University of Konštantín Filozof also has an interest in some buildings, where it would like to build-up teaching and lodging spaces. The theatre of Andrej Bagar needs a place for scenery urgently. It stores them also there in past after an agreement with army. Shortage of spaces for decorations is the often reason, why they are forced to withdraw successful production, according to its director, Ján Grešša.
