Deteriorating former barrack under Zobor at Nitra ought to revive this year else. The town would like to remove its archive to other spaces, which is at Dolné Krškany a Kynet now.

The University of Konštantín Filozof also has an interest in some buildings, where it would like to build-up teaching and lodging spaces.
