Building production increased by 13.2 percentages in November
Building production increased by 13.2 % up to 611.93 mills € in November last year compared to previous year. The Slovak republic Bureau of Statistics (ŠU) informed about it. 590.98 mills € at 13.5% growth felt to domestic building production share and 20.95 mills € felt to foreign building production share, what meant by 5.3 % growth compared to previous year. When season influences are taken into consideration, building production increased by 1.1 % in November compared to October“, (ŠU) informed moreover.
New building-up, reconstruction and modernization increased by 10.8 % up to 486.52 mills € in the frame of domestic production in the 11th months of last year, whereas repairs and maintenance increased by 27.5 % up to 101.08 mills €. From production sight point of view building production realized on buildings increased by 11.7 % and on engineering structures increased by 18.2 %.
Building industry production increased by 11.8 % up to 5.75 bills € in 11 months 2008. 5.51 bills € felt to domestic building production share hereof, compared to previous year. Building works on repairs and maintenance increased by 27.3 % in the mentioned period, building works on new building-up, modernization and reconstruction increased by 8 % and building works abroad increased by 34.6 %.
