Pienstav will build flats at Stará Ľubovňa, Unistav at Svit
Pienstav a.s. Stará Ľubovňa will build-up the rental flat building involving 26 flats, including technical infrastructure, at Stará Ľubovňa at price of 1.2 mills €, VAT included. The supplier chosen in the public tender obtained the order with originally estimated price of 863.04 thousand €, based on one adopted offer.
Unistav, s.r.o. Prešov will reconstruct and re-built the multifunctional object of former pension to the rental flat building involving 36 flats at Svit at price of 1.02 mills €, VAT excluded. Estimated price of building works, which ought to last one year, presented 1.19 mills €. The contractor company rose from the public tender involving one adopted offer. The agreement was concluded on January 02 this year. Building works ought to be finances from MVRR SR subsidies, from ŠFRB loan and from the town own financial means. The condition of the investment realization is allocation of the mentioned subsidies and the loan.
