BBSK started creating the database of real estates for investors
Banská Bystrica self-administration district (BBSK) intents to offer and promote all real estates appropriate for making business to potential investors in the district area. The database of business real estates should serve for that purpose, to which BBSK would collect all information about green spaces, brown spaces and commercial objects with the area 500 m2 minimally and about industrial zones, cultural sights and facilities appropriate for commercial purposes involving the area of 250 m2 minimally from public and private sector owners by the form of a questionnaire.
The owners should also inform about the preferred type of investment, technical and transport infrastructure and photo documentation eventually in the questionnaire besides the type of the offered real estate and its locality. „The database will serve for common marketing of the district and presentation to potential investors. In future it would be transformed to the form of public web portal,“ Lenka Zimová, from the department of regional development, landscape planning and environment of the BBSK Office, told.
The data collecting to the database will last till March this year; they will be processed till June. „The only possible way, how to prepare quality and interesting offer for investors, is the effective co-operation with other regional acting bodies,“ Zimová supplemented. With the Slovak Agency for Investment and Trade Development (SARIO), which started preparing similar, but Slovakia-wide database, three years ago, officers of BBSK do not co-operate yet.
