SFDH registers 250 applications at price of 73 millions Euro
The State Fund of Development and Housing (SFDH) registered 250 applications on housing backing as per January 15 of this year at the total amount of 72.82 mills €. It presents 54.9-percentage portion from this-year budget in the volume of 132.68 mills €. The Fund approved no backing as per the term by then. Applicants asked for the majority of means for flat housing renovation i.e. 52.98 mills €. Applications for building-up a rental flat achieved 18.37 mills € in the mid of January, 1.35 mills € to buy a flat and 115.05 thousand € to build-up a flat in residential, family or multifunctional houses. In 15 days of this year nobody applied for sources to build-up or renovate social services facility.
SFDH budget for year 2009 is by 33.9% less compared with the last-year increased budget. Planned loans are 132.25 mills € and non-refundable allowances are 431 520 € hereof (the last year SFDH budget disposed of means in the volume of 160.35 mills € for six kinds of housing backing). The fund approved 1 271 applications in the value of 156.28 mills € as per December 31, 2008. After sinkers and annulments are subtracted the applications for backing achieved 200.67 mills € in a matter of fact. The applicants had the backing of 159.64 mills € in a bank through 1 325 contracts. The backing, which the applicants already had in a bank related to 4 465 new and 6 475 renewed flats.
